Titanium rod filter element adopts titanium powder sintered filter element, which is generally used for coarse filtration or medium filtration. The filter element has the advantages of high precision, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and high mechanical strength. It is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry. The shell material is 316L or 304 stainless steel. Comply with GMP standards.
Precautions for use:
1. Avoid scratches, collisions, dust, and oil;
2. The working pressure should not exceed the rated working pressure during use;
3. In normal use, there is at least 3-5 minutes of low-pressure start-up time, the relative pressure difference should be controlled below 0.5Mpa, and then gradually adjust the working pressure to the normal requirements (the highest pressure does not exceed 0.4Mpa);
4. After the product runs for a certain period of time, the filter element may be clogged, causing the pressure to increase and the flow rate to decrease, and backwashing or backwashing regeneration is required. The regeneration period depends on the rated pressure and flow rate.
Cleaning method:
After use for a period of time, the titanium rod filter element will be clogged to a certain extent, which is manifested by a decrease in flow rate and an increase in pressure at the front of the filter. For example, if it is from below 0.22 mPa to above 0.3 mPa, the filter element must be cleaned. There are the following:
1. For newly used filter elements, clean water backwashing, and gas backwashing are generally used for cleaning, that is backwashing with clean water slightly larger than the working pressure (such as 0.3mPa). Recoil time is about 1~3 minutes;
2. When the filtering effect is not significantly improved after multiple backwashing, use less than 5% hydrochloric acid solution, or less than 8% sulfuric acid solution, or less than 10% NaOH solution at room temperature, and then rinse with water.
The specific choice of pickling or alkaline washing should be based on the fact that the impurities in the filtrate are easily soluble in acid or alkali.
